The Little Blue Box Brunch is one of my favorite events of the year for many reasons. One reason has to do with all our fabulous sponsors and participants that make this event even more special. Another reasons is the fact that I get to brunch with so many beautiful babes. Oh, and we get to get all glammed up to give back, something that is so dear to my heart.
This year was the fifth year of LBBB, and I’m delighted to say that it just keeps on getting better with age! And for the fifth year in a row, Swan Coach House graciously allowed us to take over for the event. I just can’t get enough of that beautiful place!
So, here’s how the day unfolded…
Mimosa Mix & Mingle
Well, we all know that any brunch is just a meal without mimosas. So we kicked things off with a mimosa mixer, where the ladies got to sip sumptuous mimosas, mingle with other guests, snap pics for social media, and shop around at our various vendors. Some of our sponsors this year were Nordstrom, Alex and Ani, L’Occitane, and Livi Rae Lingerie, which I was so excited about since these are some of my most favorite brands! As you can imagine the guests were just as thrilled as I was about them.
Bon Glaze provided donuts as delicious as they were cute—they were Tiffany-themed just like the party! In addition, C2 California Clean provided skincare samples for all the guests. I couldn’t be happier with all the support we received from every one of the fabulous brands that sponsored the event.

Brunch Time!
After everyone became acquainted, it was time to serve up what we all came here for—yummy, catered brunch! As guests enjoyed their meals, we had our speakers take the stage and engage everyone with their words.
Our hostess/emcee, Ash Brown of Ash Said It!, kicked it off for us and helped lead the event. She first introduced our guest speakers, Molly Hopkins and Cynthia Decker of Livi Rae Lingerie, who gave an amazing talk on body positivity. I know we all needed that reminder!
Then, our keynote speaker stepped into the limelight. Enter Michelle Graves, the Center Director for Girls Inc Atlanta. Girls Inc was this year’s sponsorship recipient, which means a portion of the proceeds from the event are going directly to the organization. Michelle Graves brought with her a young lady Rahja McCartney who shared her experience with Girls Inc—she told us all about how the organization helped shape her life. It was truly inspiring.

Giveaways Galore
Throughout the event, all of our awesome sponsors participated in all kinds of amazing giveaways for our guests:
- Nordstrom provided gift cards for every guest, and they gave away two gift baskets valued at $500 full of beauty products!
- L’Occitane had skincare samples for everyone and also gave away two beauty boxes brimming with goodies.
- Chateau Elan Winery & Resort gave away two coveted wine tasting tours
- Sephora gave away two fantastic gift bags
- Kendra Scott gifted a necklace and a Color Bar Experience which allows the lucky guest to pick out a stone and necklace of choice.
- India Hicks Style Ambassador, Perry Tucker, gave away an India Hicks “Island Style” hardcover book
- J-Chic Lifestyle gifted a fabulous shopping experience
- Diva Xpress also gifted one fortunate guest a shopping experience
- Kate Spade hosted a raffle for a handbag valued at $325
- 88 Handbags gave away a gorgeous vegan handbag
- Tiffany & Co hosted five giveaways, one of which awarded the most social guest, and another was for the best-dressed guest

Social Hour
Once all the wonderful festivities had begun to unfold and guests were enjoying their new goodies, the event turned into a social hour full of more fun. People snapped pics in front of the step-and-repeat and continued to shop and socialize—the shared interests that have gathered us all here for the Little Blue Box Brunch for five straight years now.
I can’t stress how happy and thankful I am for the turnout and sponsors that participated this year. The LBBB has grown more and more special with each year, and it’s all possible thanks to my lovely guests and uh-mazing sponsors.
Thank you everyone who came out. I hope all who attended had as much fun as I did! Huge hugs to this years sponsorship recipient Girls Inc and the beautiful Swan Coach House for such an uh-mazing space to host the event ! Dare I say that this year’s event was the best yet?! And I’m soooo looking forward to next year’s brunch. Who knows, maybe the Little Blue Box Brunch will open in your city. Hmmmm… 😉
