If you’re like me you know just how difficult it is to find the perfect pair of shoes. Some are cute but not very comfortable. While others are comfy but not very stylish. Uuugh!!!! Wouldn’t it be great if there was a shoe that was runway ready and ready to take on the day?

So, I was super excited to attend a delightful brunch to preview Oka-B’s fabulous new Fall Collection, and maybe snag a few colors to add to my own collection.
The brunch was held at the ADAC (Atlanta Decorative Arts Center) in Buckhead, and the entire first floor was transformed into a shoe showroom. Guests were served delicious Southern brunch bites from The Hungry Peach. And, of course, what’s brunch without a little bubbly? (Cue the mimosas!)
In Oka-B’s new Fall Collection, they showcased subdued hues, charming embellishments, and – wait for it – wearable wedges! Not only are Oka-B’s styles easy to match with any outfit, but they also make any outfit a competitor for “most chic.” And oh, – get this – Oka-B’s are waterproof, super durable and easy to clean …and… dishwasher safe!!! Bet your pumps can’t do that! 😀
If you put a spa in a shoe I’m pretty sure it would feel like an Oka-B. How do I know these shoes are like mini massages for your feet? Well, I own pairs in colors across the spectrum (I can’t resist; they have so many to choose from!), and at the brunch I was gifted a gorgeous pair of their new Emery wedge from the Fall 2015 Collection. I opted for a beautiful blush tone to complete my Oka-B color wheel.
Hey, I can’t wait to take my fall fashion a few steps higher with these beauties! And when the cold months are over, I’ll be checking out their spring and summer collections because these folks are producing footwear year-round (2 million pairs of flip-flops per year, by the way!). And with their Headquarters just minutes up the road from me in Buford, it’s hard not to trend-spot right on their grounds!
