THOMAS MANN (Link) was most recently seen as Ben, the young protégé of Jeremy Renner’s character, Hansel, in Tommy Wirkola’s action thriller “Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters,” also starring Gemma Arterton, released in January.

Last fall, Mann starred opposite Victoria Justice and Jane Levy in Josh Schwartz’s directorial debut, “Fun Size.” Earlier that year he starred in “Project X,” the hit comedy produced by Todd Phillips about a group of friends throwing an epic house party.

Born and raised in Texas, Mann landed a breakthrough supporting role shortly after moving to Los Angeles in the 2010 independent comedy “It’s Kind of a Funny Story,” alongside Zach Galifianakis, Lauren Graham, Keir Gilchrist and Zoë Kravitz. He then went on to appear in Max Meyer’s independent feature based on Pete Fromm’s novel “As Cool as I Am,” opposite Sarah Bolger, Claire Danes and James Marsden.

ZOEY DEUTCH (Emily Asher) comes from a showbiz family of musicians and actors going back two generations. Growing up in Los Angeles, her parents (actress Lea Thompson and director Howard Deutch) knew acting was in the genes when Zoey would play out scenes with her dolls, and weep for the Barbie that was down on her luck. This kind of dedication showed up a few years later, when she began landing comedic and dramatic roles in both film and television at the ripe age of 15.

Deutch was a serious dancer as a child excelling in ballet, competitive jazz, and tap. She was a double major in both theatre and visual arts at the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts, while simultaneously studying at the Young Actors Space with Patrick Day.

Her first leading role was in the indie flick, “Mayor Cupcake,” playing real life mom Lea Thompson’s daughter, a small town girl with big time political aspirations. Shortly thereafter, Deutch was cast in the Disney Channel’s “Suite Life on Deck” series, playing Zach’s love interest Maya and charming dedicated fans of the show all over the world. She guest starred on two hit shows, “Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior” and “NCIS,” which lead to her landing the role of Willow Turner in the coveted Marc Cherry pilot “Hallelujah.” She was then cast as troubled stepdaughter Juliet Martin, in the CW’s “Ringer,” starring Sarah Michelle Gellar. The show became one of the network’s biggest hits.

Deutch is a supporter of the Corazon De Vida Orphanage in Tijuana, and has performed for The Alzheimer’s Association, What A Pair, and Race to Erase MS benefits. When she’s not working, you can find her posing for Instagram photos with the love of her life: an orange Maine Coon cat named Stinky Pete, and/or taping photo booth videos for her sister as her Ukrainian alter ego.

[RECAP] Why Did I Go Natural? Photo Shoot

A few months ago I along with 6 other Atlanta Bloggers were invited by fellow Blogger and social media maven Kiwi The Beauty to participate in an exclusive photo shoot called Why Did I Go Natural? The photo shoot took place at Salon Aamono where photographer “Q” captured all of the fun on film while Make-Up Artist Tiffany Roosevelt worked her magic to make each of the ladies look FAB for the session. But, before getting all glammed up for the camera we were interviewed by Kiwi on why we decided to “kick the chemicals” and rock our natural hair. Naturalistas Rock!!! I had such an wonderful time hanging with my fellow blogging Divas. We had so much fun and all of the ladies looked amazing! Hey, any day where I get to rock haute fashion, get all glammified, and pose in front of a camera is definitely a great day!

Buckhead Pizza Co. Offers Interactive Pizza-Making Classes

If you’ve ever wanted to show off your pie-making skills the Buckhead Pizza Co. is the place for you. Beginning in January 2013, the Buckhead Pizza Co. is offering an interactive twist on pizza parties with pizza-making classes at each of their three Atlanta-area locations.

Not your average pizzeria, Buckhead Pizza Co. is bringing the experience of pizza-making to Atlantans with private courses where guests can sample tasty wine, indulge in delicious hors d’oeuvres, and enjoy yummy desserts while taking their passion for pizza to another level.

I had the pleasure of attending this exciting pie-making experience with my family at the restaurants’ Buckhead location, and I must say that we had an absolute blast! Upon entering the restaurant guests were greeted by an impressive buffet of signature hors d’oeuvres featuring a variety of savory bites that were simply deelish! Guests were also treated to a complimentary glass of wine that was definitely a welcomed delight.

After the sampling it was time to try our hand at creating our very own works of pizza art. The spread of ample toppings for the pie-making class featured an array of meats, gourmet toppings, and a host of fresh veggies that would tempt any pie-lover to sneak a bite (or three) before the class even began. Since this was my first experience at pizza-making I was somewhat nervous that my creation would end up looking like a Home-Ec project gone horribly wrong. But to my surprise my pizza turned out pretty good… and most importantly it was edible too. 😀 Believe it or not pizza-making is not as difficult as it may seem. In fact, it’s actually rather simple as long as you have the perfect combination of ingredients, sprinkled with a smidgen of technique, and topped off with a heaping helping of creativity. They say, “it’s all about the ingredients” and Buckhead Pizza Co’s use of freshly-made gourmet toppings would make any amateur-chef look like a pro.

So if you’re ready to dazzle your friends at your next dinner party and show everyone why you’re the Lord of Toppings, or the Baroness of Basil, or even the Princess of Pepperoni, then drop by the Buckhead Pizza Co. and schedule a pizza-making class. This is also a great experience for the entire family… Hey, you get to retire your apron (well, at least for a day) and they’ll also learn how to make a new dish! How fab is that!!!
